Return Policy
Warranty
For warranty claims, please check our FAQ for more details. *For Singapore customers, no worries on warranty and shipping it back to us, we provide a 7 days 1 to 1 replacement for any manufacturing defects. Just email us at support@cytron.io, or fill out the forms here and we will be glad to replace all manufacturing defects.
Returns
We understand that sometimes you may have a change of mind and would like to exchange the product you just bought. No worries, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We will be happy to arrange a return for any unused items purchased within 30 days. Just email us at support@cytron.io. Please contact us before returning any package.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase
Refund
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. All refunds will be in CytronCash.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrives damaged or defective. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Missing Parcel
Don't worry if the courier service lost your parcel. We will try our best to help you. Your parcel is considered lost when there is no tracking update after (from the last update) as below:
Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand & Vietnam: 14 Days
Other Countries: FedEx 30 day, DHL 30 Day, DHL e-commerce/ Postal Services/ Others not included
*This policy is not valid for customers that refuse to accept/pay the tax or handling fee
