8-Channel Digital Input & Output Module

This is an industrial-grade input & output module with an RS485 control interface. It has 8 Digital Input (DI) and 8 Digital Output (DO) isolated channels. It supports passive/active inputs, Modbus RTU protocol with built-in protection circuits such as power isolation, magnetical isolation, resettable fuse, and TVS.

Primary Function

Supports reading digital input by sending Modbus RTU Protocol commands via RS485 for digital output control.

Industrial Grade Isolated Protection

Onboard power and signal dual isolation for RS485 communication with stable isolation voltage, features high reliability and strong anti-interference performance. Built-in TVS (transient voltage suppression tube) that can effectively suppress the surge voltage and transient peak voltage in the circuit, lightning proof & ESD protection. Built-in resettable fuse and protection diode to ensure stable current and voltage output, provides over-current and over-voltage proof, improves shock-proof performance, suitable for industrial applications with high power environment.

Full Isolation For Digital Input & Output

Supports passive and active digital input (PNP Type or NPN type), with bi-directional Optocoupler isolation. Adopts Darlington transistor open-drain output, up to 500mA sinking current per channel for Directly Driving Relays.

Multiple Modes for Various Automation Scenarios

Supports multiple output control modes, and each channel supports an independent control mode setting.

Wide Voltage Power Supply, Isolated RS485 Interface
